Popeye comes with his traveling department store in hillbilly country. Here he falls in love with Olive. But Bluto, the crudest of his kind, provokes Popeye to fight for Olive.

Popeye and Olive attend the Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp premiere. The film is a success and Popeye and Olive become movie stars. Just like in the movie, the genie of the lamp is always there to fulfill their desires.
