On a variety show, magician Bluto goes overboard and Popeye corrects him by turning him into a circus seal toy.
Sky aces Popeye and Bluto go head-to-head around the world. Bluto has a great plane but Popeye struggles with a single propeller plane. During the race, Buto sabotages Popeye's plane by leaving it without engine.
Popeye and Olive attend the Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp premiere. The film is a success and Popeye and Olive become movie stars. Just like in the movie, the genie of the lamp is always there to fulfill their desires.
