After Bluto substitutes loco weed for Popeye's spinach, Popeye must regain his strength in order to save himself from a rampaging bull. He must also save Olive from Bluto's madness.
During a visit to the Technical Museum, Popeye and Olive fly into space aboard a space rocket. On Mars, Popeye fights with the Martian army that is about to invade Earth.
Popeye and Olive look for a treasure. Bluto wants the treasure for himself, so a fight ensues.
Popeye and Olive own a Bar & Grill in the Klondike. Bluto, a fur trader, kidnaps Olive and takes her to his cabin in the mountains.
Everything works fine at Olive Oyl's gas station until Popeye and Bluto walk through the area and destroy everything, including an Admiral's car.
Popeye and Bluto build a house for Olive. Because they don't respect the project, the whole house finally collapses.
